In fairness, I believe that is a BYOB place. I personally love that the woman’s silhouette apparently came out of a 1980s aerobics video.  Every fifth restaurant in the Philly area is BYOB.  That attests to the strangeness of their liquor licensing laws, not the classiness of the Pleasure Dome.  Although it does look pretty classy.
